H. Joseph Byron, III

Mr. Byron was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Joseph L. McGlynn, Jr., U.S. District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from 1984 to 1985. Since then, he has specialized in insurance coverage and defense litigation, including construction defect and contractual indemnity, premises liability, motor vehicle litigation, and employment litigation. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in both Pennsylvania state and federal courts and in private arbitration forums. He has also served as a defense arbitrator for State Farm, Allstate, and Travelers in UM/UIM actions. He is a partner in the firm’s Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania office.
