About David
David is a life-long resident of Southwest Missouri. He grew up in Joplin, Missouri, and graduated from Missouri Southern State University in May of 1970. He was President of Missouri Southern State University's first senior class. In 1973, he graduated from University of Missouri School of Law and has practiced continuously in Springfield, Missouri, ever since. He has devoted his entire legal career as a trial lawyer with heavy interest in plaintiff's personal injury. His major emphasis today is in medical malpractice, wrongful death and product liability. David has received an AV Rating, which is the highest rating awarded by his peers for legal ability and ethical standards.
