Fred L. Hall

Fred L. Hall was born in Flint, Michigan, August 9, 1927. He obtained his preparatory and legal education from the University of Missouri, Columbia. (B.A. 1955; M.S. 1959; J.D. 1958). He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1958, and was admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, United States Court for the Western District of Missouri and the United States Supreme Court.
