Steven J. Blair

Steven Blair grew up in Bolivar, Missouri. He graduated Cum Laude in the fall of 1996 from Southwest Missouri State University, in Springfield, Missouri, with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Media Communications. He attended Law School at the University of Missouri-Columbia, during which time he had four articles published in, and later became the Editor-in-Chief of, the Missouri Environmental Law and Policy Review.
