Debra Latkowski graduated from Salve Regina College with a Bachelors of Social Work degree in 1984 and from Barry University with a Masters of Social Work degree in 1990. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from New England School of Law in 2000, Cum Laude. Her practice is concentrated on insurance defense and commercial litigation.
