Donna Aldea

Donna Aldea heads the firm’s appellate and post-conviction litigation group. She earned her law degree from St. John’s University in 1998. She was an appellate attorney at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office for 15 years, serving as Counsel for Special Litigation. Ms. Aldea has extensive experience litigating complex issues in various federal and state courts, and her work has influenced New York and federal law.
