Eliot P. Reifkind is the founder and Managing Partner of RTRLAW. He founded the practice in 1988 with a client-first philosophy, emphasizing aggressive, determined, and accessible representation for injured victims. He graduated from the University of South Florida with an undergraduate degree in Business Finance and attended Nova Southeastern University Law School, receiving his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1983. Upon admission to The Florida Bar, he began his law career at a personal injury firm before establishing his own practice to provide more personalized attention. His vision for RTRLAW continues to be client-first care and personal service, adapting to legal changes with high-level technology.
