Matthew D. Sosonkin is a Managing Attorney of the Workers’ Compensation Division at RTRLAW. He is an experienced Florida Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Workers’ Compensation lawyer with extensive knowledge of the workers’ compensation system, civil litigation, and the insurance defense industry. He has successfully represented clients throughout Florida in various courts and before Judges of Compensation Claims. His experience representing insurance companies provides him with unique insight. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware in 1994 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1997. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998.
