Erik Abrams is an experienced litigation attorney at RTRLAW, specializing in personal injury litigation, real estate litigation, and first- and third-party insurance disputes. He represents injury victims in various cases, including car accidents, slip-and-falls, food poisoning, and toxic environmental exposures. Born and raised in South Florida, Erik graduated from the University of Florida and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, where he founded the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society. He was selected as a 2023, 2024, and 2025 Rising Star by Super Lawyers®, an elite honor bestowed on only 2.5% of attorneys in Florida each year by the Thomson Reuters committee.
