About Erika

Erika Colstad is a Montana native who focuses her practice on estate planning and litigation, probate and trust administration, guardianships, and conservatorships. She is passionate about helping clients understand their legal options and maintain agency. She earned her J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law in 2020 and previously worked as an advocate for survivors of domestic violence and clerked for the Honorable Justice Laurie McKinnon at the Montana Supreme Court.
