About Frank

Frank M. Maffei, Jr. graduated from Long Island University and received his Juris Doctor from Capital University. He served as a teaching assistant and interned for the Franklin County Public Defender and District Attorney offices. He was an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, prosecuting various cases. He later became a senior trial attorney at a large personal injury firm, handling significant cases to verdict and settlement. Mr. Maffei handles personal injury matters and criminal defense, and serves as a Court appointed Receiver and Referee. He is an active member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, NY State and Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers Associations, and is a member of The Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
