James J. Herz graduated from the C.W. Post campus of Long Island University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Radiologic Technology in 1997 and worked in healthcare for many years. He received his Juris Doctor from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2006.
