Mark J. Goldsmith graduated from the State University of New York at Albany and received his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1983. He was admitted to practice in New York in 1984 and also before the U.S. District Courts of the Eastern, Southern, and Northern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Federal Court of Claims in Washington, D.C.
