About James
James H. Fox, a resident of Ventura County, graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara and U.C. Hastings College of Law. His legal career spans more than 40 years, handling thousands of litigated matters including personal injury, products, premises, and general liability, complex business cases, insurance bad faith, environmental, asbestos, and Qui Tam matters. He played a key role in some of the 9/11 terror attack cases and has tried cases in California and Michigan. Mr. Fox is a proud supporter of several charitable organizations, with a strong emphasis on Marine-related causes.
