Mr. Harris earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego. He has extensive experience practicing law, including preparing and arguing cases before the California Court of Appeal. His practice areas include wildfire litigation, personal injury, mass tort/class action, complex business litigation, and professional negligence. For 26 years, he worked as an insurance defense attorney, handling jury trials for catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, and professional negligence cases across California.
