About James

James O'Hare is a graduate of Villanova University and Fordham University School of Law, admitted to the New York Bar in 1976. He initially worked in private practice, then joined the Queens County District Attorney’s office in 1978, and later the New York City Corporation Counsel’s office. Since 1984, he has been in private practice, focusing on civil litigation, including personal injury for both plaintiffs and defendants. He has appeared in all venues in the New York Metropolitan area and handles all aspects of personal injury and general litigation. Mr. O’Hare has been associated with Addabbo & Greenberg Law since 2011, handling various aspects of general practice, plaintiff’s litigation, research, advocacy, mediation, trial preparation, civil and criminal representation, and appearances. He is a lifetime resident of Queens County, a member of the New York and Federal Bars, and a U.S. Army Veteran.
