About Jeremiah
Jeremiah D. Mahoney graduated from Keene State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1985. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Western New England College School of Law in 1998. He was admitted to practice in 1998. He is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and the United States District Court District of Connecticut. Attorney Mahoney has 20 verdicts (mostly jury) in the State Court. He has represented several national corporations. His expertise includes trials for both commercial and personal lines litigation matters. In addition to working in private practice for many years, Attorney Mahoney was a Senior Trial Attorney with Nationwide Insurance Trial Division from 2017 to 2023. His current concentration is in civil litigation insurance defense.
