Jeremy L. Fetty

Jeremy Fetty joined the firm in 2006 and is currently on the Management Committee and Chair of the firm’s Utility and Business Section. His practice focuses on utility law (energy, communication services, telecommunications, gas, water, waste management), corporate law, cooperative law, and right-of-way law. He advises businesses and utilities on regulatory, contractual, transactional, and compliance issues, including matters before FERC, FCC, IURC, ISO, and RTO.
