About Kent
Kent Frandsen has practiced with the firm since 1977, focusing on civil litigation, zoning and land use, electric utility, and education law. He served as a law clerk to The Honorable James E. Noland, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Mr. Frandsen has tried nearly 100 civil jury trials and presented briefs in over 30 appeals in state and federal courts. He has chaired over 200 medical malpractice panel proceedings and is a certified civil mediator, conducting nearly 100 mediations. He has also served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Currently, he is general counsel for two central Indiana school districts and the Indiana CPA Society, Inc.
