Jordan Rutsky

Mr. Rutsky joined Merson Law as a partner in 2020 and was elevated to Managing Partner of the Firm in December, 2023. Prior to joining Merson Law, Mr. Rutsky worked at midtown Manhattan firm Trief & Olk for fifteen years, where he rose from associate to partner. There, Mr. Rutsky handled day-to-day management of the majority of the firm’s complex personal injury cases, including medical malpractice, product liability, labor law, workplace accidents, and catastrophic auto collision cases.
