Matthew Merson

Prior to joining Merson Law, Mr. Merson served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Merson managed up to 250 cases, ranging from misdemeanors to violent felonies. Mr. Merson obtained indictments on dozens of grand jury presentations and participated in multiple hearings and trials in both Criminal Court and Supreme Court of Kings County.
