Joseph T. Prete

Joseph T. Prete graduated from BYU with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and a 3.8 GPA, and from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark School of Law in the top third of his class in 2005. During law school, he externed for the Chief Justice of the Utah Supreme Court, the Office of General Counsel for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and the Utah Attorney General’s Office. He also served as a Senior Editor for BYU’s Education Law Journal and co-authored chapters for a law-religion manual.
