About M.
M. Eric Olmstead is a graduate of the University of Utah College of Law with over 35 years of experience in civil litigation. His practice focuses on Business, Real Estate, Construction, and Employment Law matters, as well as Estate and Trust Litigation. Eric works with owners, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout all phases of construction, including contract formation, bonding, liens, claims, and litigation. He also represents businesses in legal needs such as contract drafting, UCC, dissolutions, and collections, and assists with new business formation. Eric represents buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions and litigation, and developers in all phases of real estate development. He counsels employers on minimizing employment lawsuit risks, handling cases involving wrongful termination, sexual harassment, Title VII claims, ADA, non-compete agreements, and trade secrets.
