About Julio
Attorney Hernando’s focus is representing Banks, Real Estate Investors and various closely-held entities during commercial and residential transactions, as well as assisting clients with estate planning needs including estate and gift tax planning. He is extensively involved in community and professional activities, including lecturing at City Life/Vide Urbana, serving on the Governing Board of the Massachusetts Public Defenders Agency, and holding various positions in the Massachusetts Bar Association, including Chairmanship of the Access to Justice Section Council. He was also a past President of the Massachusetts Association of Hispanic Attorneys and a Board Member of the Hyde-Jackson Square Main Streets Project. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Association of Hispanic Attorneys, Real Estate Bar Association of MA, Boston Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
