About Michael
Attorney Gaughen joined the firm in 2017 from his own practice focusing mainly on trademark registration. He is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University (B.A., 2010) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D., 2014). He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2014 and the Massachusetts Bar in 2015. He is admitted to all Massachusetts Trial Courts and the United States District Court for Massachusetts. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association. He has been nominated by the American Institute of Legal Advocates as a Rising Star in the field of Family Law.
