About Robert
Attorney Robert A. “Drew” Lane joined Gaughen, Gaughen, Lane & Hernando, LLP in 1993. He formerly served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office. His practice areas include representing lenders, buyers and sellers of residential real estate, commercial real estate transactional matters, Medicaid (Mass. Health) planning, estate planning, estate settlement, estate administration, and various litigation matters. He is admitted to practice in both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia, as well as all Massachusetts Trial Courts and the United States District Court for Massachusetts. He is a member of various professional associations including the Massachusetts Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, REBA, American Bar Association, Norfolk County Bar Association, and Plymouth County Bar Association. He is also a long-time member of the Board of Directors of the Hingham Institution for Savings.
