About Kari
Kari Lou Frank is an Officer in PennStuart’s Richmond, Virginia office and is a member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group, also serving on the firm’s Management Committee. She has represented employers and insurance carriers in thousands of workers’ compensation claims over the past 18 years. She advises employers on workplace safety, training, compliance, and investigations, and on compliance issues under Medicare Secondary Payer law and Mandatory Insurer Reporting regulations. Kari Lou is a frequent speaker on employment and workers’ compensation issues at state and national levels.
