Partner Kenneth A. Auerbach has over 30+ years of litigation experience and leads our CBAS Personal Injury Department. Ken has obtained our clients’ multi-million-dollar settlements and jury verdicts involving medical malpractice, motor vehicle collisions, construction and work-related accidents, trips, slips, and falls, and dog bites. He also represents clients in complex civil and commercial litigation.
