About Robert
Partner Robert (Rob) Steinberg heads our CBAS Estates, Civil Practice and Real Estate Departments. He is a seasoned trial attorney with over thirty years of experience in wills, estates and trusts, residential and commercial real estate, landlord and tenant law, appellate law, and civil and commercial matters. Rob has been appointed court evaluator and guardian ad litem in guardianship and estate proceedings. He is a skilled appellate practice attorney and has represented clients in real estate transactions and eviction proceedings. Rob has been a member of the New York State bar since 1989. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 1984 and a Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University in 1988. He is also admitted to practice law before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
