Linda Marie Boswell joined the Personal Injury Department at CBAS in 2011. Her practice includes representing clients from initial intake through depositions, mediations, arbitrations, infant compromises, jury trials and inquests. She regularly engages in motion and appellate practice before the New York Supreme Court and the Appellate Division. Linda is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of New York. She was recognized by the Suffolk County Bar Pro Bono Foundation for her service. Linda received a Juris Doctorate degree from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1988 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Niagara University in 1984.
