About Kevin

As a former prosecutor with 2.5 years of experience handling domestic violence cases, Attorney Kevin Deng dedicated his career to protecting the community of Queens and seeking justice for survivors of both short- and long-term abusive relationships. Through his work, he has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of domestic violence and the impact it has on victims and their families. During his time at the Queens District Attorney’s Office, Kevin has litigated numerous criminal cases and has tried multiple cases to verdict, including cases involving animal abuse, illegal firearms, unlawful use of weapons and complex domestic violence. Beyond prosecution, he is passionate about spreading awareness and education on domestic violence, ensuring that victims know their rights and that the justice system works to hold offenders accountable. As he continued his legal journey, he expanded his focus to sexual abuse civil litigation, aiming to help survivors pursue justice in another form-beyond the criminal courtroom. Kevin obtained his J.D. degree from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, and holds an undergraduate degree from University at Buffalo.
