Kimberly A. Allegretti

About Kimberly

Kim Allegretti has been a litigation attorney in Colorado since 1991 and has practiced workers’ compensation law since 2010. She graduated from the University of Illinois (BA) and the University of Colorado (JD). She represented both litigation and transactional clients for many years in private practice before focusing on workers’ compensation. She served as an Administrative Law Judge with the Colorado Office of Administrative Courts (2010-2016), presiding over both workers’ compensation matters and general services cases on behalf of various Colorado state, county, and administrative agencies. She also mediated cases through the Office of Administrative Courts. She joined McCollum Crowley Law in 2017.
