About Robert

Bob is the founding partner of McCollum Crowley. He has tried well over 100 civil cases to conclusion in multiple jurisdictions. Bob represents clients involved in complex litigation, including products liability cases, claims of professional misconduct, construction claims, personal injury claims, and high-level insurance coverage disputes. Minnesota Law & Politics/Super Lawyers has annually designated Bob as a Super Lawyer since 2004. Bob also carries an AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell, is a “Top 100 High Stakes Litigator”, and a “Top Lawyer” in Insurance Law. For a number of years, Bob co-chaired the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association Insurance Law Institute and is a member of the prestigious International Association of Defense Counsel. In 2012, Bob was recognized as a North Star Lawyer for authoring and securing passage of legislation protecting non-profits from liability exposure to Ponzi type claw back claims.
