Timothy L. Nemechek

Tim graduated from Creighton University and received his J.D. from the University of San Diego. Before he became an Administrative Law Judge in July 2015, Tim was in private practice for almost thirty years. He began his legal career in Los Angeles where he represented self-insured employers, insurance carriers and governmental entities (including school districts) in state and federal court.
