About Kimberly
Kimberly Burroughs is an experienced and tenacious attorney dedicated to fighting for people. She has prosecuted felony offenses, stood up against civil rights violations, reconnected families, expanded access to justice, and advocated for a fairer legal system before the Ohio Supreme Court. She earned her law degree in 2016. She worked as a trial prosecutor handling cases of reckless driving, domestic violence, child abuse, and sexual assault. In the nonprofit sector, she helped protect workers, parents, and students from discrimination. She successfully fought for the statewide expansion of legal protections for Ohio’s most vulnerable residents. She believes that justice isn’t just about laws; it’s about people, and that real justice begins with being heard.
