Kyle Silverstein

About Kyle

Mr. Silverstein is an appellate and motion specialist. He has handled numerous appeals and motions involving different areas of law, including criminal, administrative, and general liability. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law in 2017 where he graduated with Honors and served as a Managing Editor of the Emory International Law Review. Before law school, Mr. Silverstein graduated summa cum laude from Stony Brook University in 2013, majoring in political science and minoring in business management. Mr. Silverstein is admitted to practice law in New York State and the United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts.
