Tim followed his family’s tradition when he elected to pursue law as a career. In his first ten years of practice, Tim worked on major fire/explosion litigation throughout the country, including industrial manufacturing fires, warehouse fires, church fires, hotel fires, agricultural fires, mill explosions and single and multifamily dwelling fires and explosions. Since joining McCollum Crowley years ago, Tim has continued to focus his practice on fire/explosion litigation including recent cases involving a CNG explosion at a national manufacturer of commercial vehicles resulting in multi-million dollar claims; a propane tank explosion resulting in multiple property damage claims; and another propane explosion at a lake cabin resulting in multiple fatalities and wrongful death claims.
