Jensen M. Grant is a partner and the managing attorney for the Firm’s Florida Pre‑Litigation Team and oversees the Firm’s personal injury operations in both Colorado and Florida. Since joining the Firm in 2009, Jensen has directed pre‑litigation operations across multiple jurisdictions and has personally resolved complex, high‑value matters on behalf of clients. His leadership has been recognized with invitations to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and honors including Top 10 Under 40 and Top 10 Attorney for client satisfaction. Jensen holds a B.A. from Florida Atlantic University and earned his J.D. from The American University Washington College of Law. He is active in professional education and community outreach and is the co‑founder of the Firm’s annual Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Symposium, launched in 2022, which brings together clinicians, researchers, and attorneys to improve care and outcomes for patients with brain injuries.

Rosa I. Rodriguez

Rosa I. Rodriguez, a retired Circuit Court Judge, served for 19 years in the Civil, Criminal, Family and Juvenile Divisions for the 11th Judicial Circuit for Miami-Dade County. She is a recipient of the Dade County Bar Association Judicial Lifetime Achievement Award. Rosa is fluent in Spanish and is available to mediate circuit civil and family cases via Zoom statewide and in South Florida in the attorneys’ offices or any of our neutral locations.

Aliet Sanchez

He began his career in Cuba, where he graduated with honors as a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Oriente. Matthew R. Harding

Katherine (Kate) Henderson

Kate received her undergraduate degree with distinction from Pace University in Pleasantville, New York in 2018, majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Law. Following college, she was interested in pursing a career in the law. Growing up, Kate was always passionate about helping others. That, coupled with her love of the challenging nature of law, made pursuing a legal career an easy choice. She then went on to study at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where she focused on taking courses relevant to a career in civil litigation. Avinoam Laby joined Gersowitz Libo & Korek as a legal intern in April 2014 and became an Associate in October 2015 after being admitted to the bar. His practice focuses on medical malpractice and personal injury litigation, trial preparation, and prosecution, with a concentration on motor vehicle and bicycle accidents, premises liability, labor law, and sexual abuse victims. Avi handles all aspects of a case from initial investigation to trial. He recently secured several settlements for motor vehicle accident victims, including $100,000 in Queens, $400,000 in the Bronx, and $332,500 in Suffolk County. He also has extensive trial experience, obtaining a $125,000 settlement before opening statements in a medical malpractice trial, a $600,000 settlement before closing arguments in a pedestrian trip and fall case, and a $175,000 settlement before jury selection for an injured delivery worker. Before joining the firm, Avi clerked for the Honorable James E. d’Auguste in New York County Civil Court and interned at the New York State Attorney General’s Claims Bureau. Robyn Girton Price

Robyn Girton Price was born in Shattuck, Oklahoma and admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma in 2000. Ms. Price is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit and the U.S. District Court, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma. She completed her preparatory education at the University of Oklahoma (B.A., 1997) and obtained her legal education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law (J.D., 2000). Ms. Price was named in Oklahoma Super Lawyers® ‘Rising Star’ Edition, 2010. She has also published “Fifty State Survey of FDCA-Related Tort Causes of Action,” Pharmaceuticals and Biologicals Subcommittee, Products Liability Committee, American Bar Association (2001).
