Richard E. Davis graduated from Southwest Missouri State University in 1972 with a Batchelor of Science in Economics, then again in 1980 with a Batchelor of Science in Accounting. He then attended the University of Tulsa College of Law and graduated with honors earning his J.D. in 1985. Mr. Davis was employed as an insurance claims representative from 1973 to 1983.
