Nicolas Hurtado

Nicolas is an associate at CDH Law, where he leads the firm’s federal criminal defense practice while also utilizing his vast experience litigating white collar criminal cases. Fluent in Spanish and English, Nicolas is the firm’s lead counsel on cases for our Spanish-speaking clients. Nicolas Hurtado is a native Spanish-speaking attorney licensed to practice law in Colombia and New York. He has an LLM from James E. Rogers College of Law in Tucson, Arizona, and a Colombian law degree from one of Bogota’s most prestigious universities. During his time in Arizona, Nicolas was the first LLM student to reach the final round of the Richard Grand, a closing argument competition, where he earned second place. Before arriving to CDH, Nicolas worked on criminal law and white-collar cases where he represented Colombian and foreign companies in national courts. Also, he defended a former congressman charged as a co-conspirator of one of Colombia’s ex-presidents, he argued before the Supreme Court, and he was a defense attorney in a case the press called the biggest corruption case in Colombia, to name only a few. Finally, Nicolas has a vast amount of trial experience in both simple and complex cases. In 2023, he was recognized on the Legal 500’s Shortlist as “Rising Star of the Year” in Compliance.

Richard L. Daniels

Richard “Rich” L. Daniels joined Tenant Law Group in December 2024. With over two decades of experience in corporate development, strategic advisory, and legal operations, Rich is adept at optimizing business performance and mitigating risk. As Managing Attorney & General Counsel, he focuses primarily on leading the Legal Team, crafting strategic legal plans to secure optimal outcomes for clients. He is also committed to ensuring the firm maintains the highest ethical standards and operational efficiency. Before joining Tenant Law Group, Rich provided fractional general counsel and strategic advisory services through his firm, Intrepid Legal, Inc. Prior to his time at Intrepid Legal, he served as General Counsel and Executive Corporate Development Leader for a diverse range of companies on matters such as contract negotiation, intellectual property protection, regulatory compliance, litigation management, and labor and employment law. Prior to his corporate roles, Rich honed his legal skills at several law firms in southern California. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University, a Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law, and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. He is licensed to practice law in California, the District of Columbia, Connecticut and Florida.

Anthony graduated from Drew University, Summa Cum Laude in 2003 and Seton Hall University School of Law, Cum Laude in 2006. He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2006 and is licensed in the New Jersey District Court. Anthony is also a Pupil with the Brennan/Vanderbilt Inn of the Court. He has general litigation experience in Consumer Fraud Act, New Jersey Franchise Practices Act, Verbal Threshold, Person Injury Protection Law (PIP), Tort Claims Act, and Municipal Land Use Law. His practice areas include General Litigation, Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation, Land Use Litigation, and Landlord/Tenant.

Stephen K. Withers, Jr.

Attleboro, MA

Stephen K. Withers, Jr. is a partner with the firm, whose practice covers a wide-range of legal fields, and focuses primarily in Estate Planning and Administration, Probate Law, Real Estate, and Small Business and Non-Profit Organizations. He graduated, cum laude, with a B.A. in History from the College of the Holy Cross in 2002, and received his J.D. from Northeastern School of Law in 2005. He is licensed in Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court District of Massachusetts.

Mina Grace is an attorney in the Firm’s Personal Injury Practice. Mina is an experienced litigator who has been helping those who have been injured obtain justice for nearly a decade. His career spans a broad range of litigation that includes defending insurance carriers against workers’ compensation and personal injury claims. During his time as a defense attorney, Mina learned how insurance companies evaluate and litigate personal injury lawsuits which he now uses to his clients’ benefit. Mina received a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University where he had the opportunity to create and design a biotech device. He subsequently worked for a large medical research company where he studied and assisted in advanced surgical procedures for many of the leading Biotech companies throughout the US, including many orthopedic procedures such as total knee reconstructions, spinal procedures, hip replacement and others. This provided him with an exceptional foundation for tackling many of the firms medically demanding cases. Mina completed his J.D. at Wayne State University where he served as an assistant prosecutor with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office while under the supervision of a licensed attorney.

Brian J. Kluk

Minneapolis, MN

Brian has been with McCollum Crowley since 2015 as a civil litigator. He became a shareholder in 2019. He was selected by SuperLawyers as a Rising Star in 2021, 2022 and 2023. He has successfully represented clients in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit to trial, and appeals all the way to the Minnesota Supreme Court. Brian specializes in motion and appellate work, and focuses his practice on employment law, insurance coverage, subrogation, and mechanic’s liens. Beyond the courtroom, Brian has a passion for teaching. Formerly a coach for moot court competitors, Brian now gives CLE presentations on insurance subrogation and opinion testimony. He is the author, along with McCollum Crowley’s Dan Singel, of Chapter 15 of the Minnesota State District Court Civil Practice Deskbook on Rule 68 Offers. He is also the author of Chapter 9 of the 2021 edition of the Minnesota Courtroom Evidence Deskbook on Opinion and Expert Testimony. Brian contributes to amicus curiae briefs to Minnesota’s appellate courts on behalf of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association.

Marie Rooth Zorrilla

Michael D. Elbert

After receiving his Bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo, Michael attended St. John’s University School of Law on an academic scholarship. He began his legal career at the Bronx County District Attorney’s office where he investigated and prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to homicide. Since entering private practice in 2001, Michael has earned a reputation throughout Long Island as an aggressive trial attorney. Bridget C. Dunnion
