Mandi M. Porter

Mandi was raised in Carroll County, Maryland, graduating from Westminster High School in 2003. Mandi attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2007, followed by graduation from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2011. She is licensed to practice by the Maryland Court of Appeals, and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Maryland Association for Justice; she also has a certification in mediation.
