Matthew G. Luzuriaga

Matthew “Matt” Luzuriaga is a lifelong Carroll County resident. He earned his Bachelor of Science in business management with a minor in American political science from Bucknell University in 2005. Matt then attended the University of Baltimore School of Law and Merrick School of Business, earning both his juris doctorate and Master of Business Administration degrees in 2008.
