Matthew I. Kane is a Principal of the firm and focuses his practice on representing financial institutions and investors in the disposition of large portfolios of distressed properties and in workouts and deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transactions. He also handles the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of residential and commercial properties on behalf of individuals, investors and institutional clients. Matthew I. Kane returns to FSKS with a distinguished career in real estate law. Originally joining the firm as an Associate in 1994, he has since led REO transactional departments at other respected New Jersey law firms before rejoining FSKS as a Principal.
