Michael R. Docherty has practiced law in the Twin Cities for 30 years, focusing on personal injury, business litigation, corporate law, and wills and probate. He represents individuals in various lawsuits including personal injury, insurance claims, contractual disputes, and business disputes. He also counsels businesses on formation, contracts, and corporate governance, and individuals on estate planning. Mr. Docherty graduated with honors from William Mitchell College of Law, served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review, and clerked at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. He was an adjunct professor of legal writing and is rated AV (highest rating) by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He has been recognized multiple times as a 'Minnesota Super Lawyer'.
