About Michelle

Michelle began her career as an associate at Lynch & Lynch in 2003. After a few years away, she rejoined the firm in early 2019. Her practice focuses primarily on representing individuals and businesses in defense of personal injury and property damage litigation. She also has experience handling cases involving contract disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and subrogation claims between insurers, as well as claims of unfair and deceptive trade practices pursuant to M.G.L. c. 176D and 93A. Although she prepares every case thoroughly for trial, she has significant experience resolving cases in arbitration and mediation. During her time away from Lynch & Lynch, Michelle defended providers from the various Harvard medical institutions in malpractice actions.
