About Nicholas
Nick Kloeppel joined the firm in 1997. He is a civil litigator who has over twenty years of experience representing school districts, cities, counties, special districts, public employees, private businesses, and individuals. He uses this experience to provide strategic representation to clients in all phases of litigation. Additionally, Nick works with clients to develop practices, policies, and procedures to limit or eliminate the risk of future litigation. He has substantial state and federal trial and appellate experience. In addition, he has served as general counsel for several private businesses and has developed employment practices and procedures for private and public employers.
