Focusing on economic and creative problem solving, Ryan brings years of experience to help guide clients to achieve their desired goals. Ryan’s practice is concentrated on municipal and public entity law. Ryan has a broad range of experience representing public entities in an advisory capacity and in the defense of legal claims. Ryan principally serves as City Attorney and Assistant City Attorney for multiple Humboldt County municipalities, and is General Counsel for several Humboldt County special districts and community services districts.
