Russ Gans joined the firm in 1996 and utilizes 23 years of experience to help guide clients in civil litigation, government affairs, and business and real estate transactions. Russ is dedicated to his clients and draws on a diverse professional background to serve them. Russ is rated “AV-Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell in both the legal and judicial rating divisions as an attorney at the highest level of professional ability and ethical standards. Russ has an extensive background in real estate law and transactions, business affairs, and civil litigation. He serves as City Attorney for multiple municipalities and as general counsel for a broad collection of public entities, contractors, business owners, and private and non-profit corporations.
