About Prisco
Trial attorney with over 25 years of experience handling the trials of complex medical malpractice and general liability personal injury cases involving claims of catastrophic medical and economic damages. Represents clients from inception of the case through to trial and has successfully argued before the Second Department of the New York Appellate Division. Prior to joining Duffy & Duffy, was a senior partner with one of the more respected medical malpractice defense firms on Long Island. Has been a contributor to the Suffolk County Bar Journal and a CLE lecturer on trial practice topics for colleagues in the field. Prisco is a member of the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association, and Suffolk County Bar Association where he is a member of the Supreme Court Committee. He’s also a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American Association for Justice. In 2022, Prisco earned his place in the top 50 verdicts in New York. Attended law school at night and received a Juris Doctor from Touro Law.
