About Rachel

Rachel A. Kerlek is a partner in the firm’s civil litigation department. She concentrates her practice on business, real estate, and trust and probate litigation. She began her career as an assistant public defender, gaining significant jury trial experience. Rachel graduated from the University of Miami School of Law (J.D., 2008) and East Carolina University (B.A., 2004). She is admitted to the Florida Bar. Rachel is actively involved in the Collier County Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association, and the Shelter for Abused Women and Children. She has been selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2022, 2023) and Naples Illustrated’s Top Lawyers.
